Contact Tribal Courts for Involuntary Committment
Concerned family members can contact Fort Peck Tribal Courts for Involuntary Commitment at the cost determined by the courts.

Court Ordered Assessment
Court-ordered individuals should schedule an appointment as soon as possible and must bring in a court order upon making an appointment and/or referral.

Mins Early
Please come in 15 minutes early before the initial assessment, after 3 missed appointments you will be referred back to your referent.

Following
Assessment
After completing the initial assessment client will follow the Licensed Addiction Counselor's recommendation Before attending treatment one must obtain a current TB Skin Test and physical.

Outcomes
Outcome from the Assessment will determine level of care/treatment.

In-Patient
lf ln-patient is determined referral will be made to the appropriate facility pending bed availability.

Length of Time
The client's length of time in treatment is determined by the treatment facility (participation and attendance).

After-Care
Services
Upon completion of recommended primary treatment, all clients must attend aftercare services at Spotted Bull Recovery Resource Center. A certificate of will be awarded upon completion of after-care.
